Setbacks are inevitable in business, but when issues arise for our tenants, we act swiftly to turn challenges into positive outcomes. This approach, "Writing the Last Chapter," reflects our commitment to standing by our tenants and doing everything possible for their success. Recently, an employee from one of our San Antonio properties faced a difficult situation when his car was stolen. Despite the car being recovered, it was damaged, causing distress as it was his primary commute vehicle. To help, our team covered his rental expenses and provided a steering wheel lock for future security. To lift his spirits, we also gifted him a T-shirt with a playful message about surviving the ordeal. These actions show our dedication to offering both practical and emotional support, ensuring our tenants feel valued and cared for.
