Job Overview

We are seeking a Property Administrator to support a Property Manager or Portfolio Manager in managing a portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management and a solid understanding of real estate operations. The Property Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation, financial performance, and overall success of our properties while maintaining high standards of tenant satisfaction. They will contribute to fostering a culture of tenant hospitality within our team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Tenant Relations: Cultivate positive tenant relationships through proactive communication, conflict resolution, and superior customer service.
  • Property Operations: Support day-to-day operations to ensure maintenance, security, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
  • Lease Administration: Oversee lease documents, including coordination with tenants and lease compliance.
  • Financial Management: Oversee property budgets and monitor financial performance, including rent collection and expense management.
  • Invoice Processing: Work with accounting, tenants, and vendors to ensure invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience supporting property management preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial statements, budgets, operating expenses, and associated invoices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, Building Engines) preferred.
